Rules & Detail. Please read carefully before registering!

DUPR

Eligibility Guidelines:

• Players’ DUPR ratings will be considered on registration time
• Below 3.5 - Only players with a DUPR rating lower than or equal to 3.5 may participate.
• No Rating (NR) players are allowed to join.
• Open to players of all ages.
• The organizer reserves the right to verify or disqualify ineligible participants.
• Note: Matches will NOT be submit to DUPR.

Registration & Payment Fees:

• Men / Mix Double: RM188.00 per team
• Registration is only confirmed once payment is received.
• Slots are given on a first-paid, first-served basis.
• Registration Deadline: 1st May 2026
• Every registered participant will receive an exclusive goodie bag which includes the official event jersey and sponsor merchandise.

Prize Pool

Men’s Double:

• Champion: RM1,111.00 + Sponsor Item + Medal
• 1st Runner-up: RM666.00 + Sponsor Item + Medal
• 2nd Runner-up: RM333.00 + Medal

 Mixed Double:

• Champion: RM1,111.00 + Sponsor Item + Medal
• 1st Runner-up: RM666.00 + Sponsor Item + Medal
• 2nd Runner-up: RM333.00 + Medal

Schedule:

• Men’s Double : 9am - 3pm
• Mixed Double : 4pm - 10pm

Things to remember:

• Teams must register 30 minutes before the tournament begins.
• Teams arriving 10 minutes late will forfeit the match.

Tournament Format (Quick Glance):

• 24 teams for both categories
• 6 teams will be split into 4 pools
• Top 4 in the group will qualify to Round 16
• Players are allowed to join both categories

Below 3.5 :-

Group Stage:

• Round-robin format
• Rally scoring to 15pts
• Sudden death
• Switch side on 8pts

** Top 4 teams from each group advance to Round 16

** Seeding Criteria: Games won → H2H → Point Difference → H2H Difference

 Round 16 & Quarter Final:

• Rally scoring to 21pts
• Sudden death
• Switch side on 11pts

Semi Final:

• Best out of 3
• Rally scoring to 15pts
• Sudden death
• Switch side in between every sets 

** Switch side on 8pts during 3rd sets

3rd Place & Final:

• Best out of 3
• Rally scoring to 15pts
• Sudden death
• Switch side in between every sets 
• 1 min time outs are given to each team for each set

** Switch side on 8pts during 3rd sets

Important Declarations:

1. Organizers may cancel or postpone the event if participation is insufficient.
2. Full refund will be issued in case of cancellation.
3. For postponements, teams may opt to keep their slot or request a refund.
4. Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or postponed.
5. Prize pool may be adjusted based on the final number of registered teams.
6. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the rules or format when necessary.

EQUIPMENT & FAIR PLAY:

• Only paddles on the USA Pickleball or UPA-A Approved Paddle List allowed. (🔗https://equipment.usapickleball.org/paddle-list/)
• Coaching is allowed only when the ball is not in play.
• Cheating & multiple DUPR accounts = immediate disqualification & report to DUPR.
• Organizers may review player profiles, adjust team placements, or make final rulings on eligibility and fairness.
• Players please bring IC / passport for verification upon registration at the event.
